No one actually knows how the YouTube algorithm works. As you may already know, emoji are big these days. Back in 2012 when SuJu was at its peak it wasn't like this.

they deserve it.views aren't ever frozen because of emojis. I agree that beating view records doesn’t make your group any better but some music shows take MV viewcount into account, therefor the more views the music video has, the higher the likelihood of a group getting a music show win.
YouTube. These include the YouTube logo which can be entered by typing :yt: into any live chat.. Emotes on YouTube do not work in YouTube captions or comments, and these will convert to the text string when copied outside of live stream chats.
Dark Brown Emojis ☝

Especially the comments under videos, where instead of disscusing the video and music, it's just an endless jabber about views.Convinced that people just have bots that hit refresh a load.Like you’re not honestly saying BTS who are like 439 on Spotify or something are better/more popular than Ariana Grande 1 on Spotify because there were more views in the first 24 hours. Emoji on Youtube ️ titles and text Tarantulo | 2017.11.04 | Tutorial | 4 Comments I recently started using emoji/emoticon in the titles of my Youtube videos, just to categorize certain videos from each other having certain emoji to show the differences, but also to decorate the titles to stand out more from the rest and also prepare for special holiday decorations. But just like anything else they can either help your titles stand out or confuse your potential visitors. they're just going "k-pop fans are so shallow, they don't care about the music, they give the views for no reason" like SKSKSK we're not gonna swoon over the song forever if it came out a while ago. I think views are only used as criteria for one music show (I could be wrong? Of course, having lots of views doesn't indicate widespread popularity or quality, but it's a way for broke international fans to directly contribute to the happiness and success of their favorite idols.Just got spam for commenting with emoji too. YouTube has a set of emoji-like emotes which work in live streams and compliment the standard set of emojis which can be entered using shortcodes.. Maybe a little bit of public recognition but most normal people don’t care that Blackpink broke a YouTube record because they don’t care about kpop and that won’t make them lolSee that's why I'm so baffled. Its just ARMY's who don't understand COMPSCI. I saw on twitter they were demanding YT to explain because they all stayed up all night to get to that number and YT just deleting it. I’m fairly certain that’s why people started caring about it in the first placePeople will use any excuse to try and say YouTube hates them lol when in reality the YT algorithms recognize that it’s people doing mass streaming and using bots and such that messes up the views. These include the YouTube logo which can be entered by typing Emotes on YouTube do not work in YouTube captions or comments, and these will convert to the text string when copied outside of live stream chats.Hidden codes which don't appear in the emoji picker, unless the code is typed:Emojipedia® is a registered trademark of Emojipedia Pty Ltd; Apple® is a registered trademark of Apple Inc; Microsoft® and Windows® are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; Google® and Android™ are registered trademarks or trademarks of Google Inc in the United States and/or other countries. idk where the theory of emojis freezing views came from, but im pretty sure it's false.New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be castLooks like you're using new Reddit on an old browser. so use them wisely. In our case, we use emoji often. like yeah i wanted dna to be the second korean song to get 1B views, but if blackpink wins, that's super great! Is this true, does using emojis really affect the views?I've only just recently become active in following kpop groups again this year and I realize that there is now a competition going on with the views. I was just on YouTube watching the Boy In Love MV of BTS and as I was scrolling through the comments, I see lots of people warning others to remove emojis from their comments. It's just a bunch of superstitious false info being spread around because people "don't want to take any chances. On Twitter too I see lots of enraged people about YT removing millions of views from previous BTS MVs. I really don’t get why fans nowadays are so obsessed with YT streaming itself when it doesn’t really do anything for the artist? Considering music show wins are a really huge deal to most groups (not so much for already mega-popular groups like BTS), fans obsessively streaming actually does have a real, tangible effect. Instead, we looked for them over and over again spending a lot of time finding the ones we needed.

I just didn't realize that before views get to millions, fans really labored for it and that it was this cutthroat.views are essentially meaningless now because they're so skewed and blown up from a minority of fans obsessively streaming it. I'm a fan of BTS and Blackpink too but still this is all so insane.I don't think so. There are so many ‘ifs’ to the whole process that no one actually knows what constitutes a view. And yup, at this point views are just for bragging rights and are pretty much meaningless. they freeze views only to check that you're not a bot. Isn't it?I'm just curious that's why I'm asking. And, for some reason, we never created a bookmark of our favorite YouTube emoji.
