I never thought about wafers and banana! Love your recipes!! I added sliced bananas on top of the pudding then the whip cream. This is perfect especially when their added as needed.
The inspiration for this Banana Pudding Poke Cake actually started out at work. The former is a cake prepared using banana as a primary ingredient and there is no walnuts in the recipe. Vanilla extract: Pure vanilla extract is best in this recipe. Other than that, I followed the recipe as written and it was magically delicious!! !What size pan should be used? We'll see pretty soon if it's still yummy, & I'll post a reply later.Yummy is sooooo NOT the word for how this turned out… I don't think the right word exists for it. This recipe is only 318 calories per serving. It didn't matter. Prepare four standard 9-inch cake pans.

This results in a super fluffy banana cake. I asked my niece what she wanted for her birthday and she requested this cake! I'm thinking about trying stabilized whipped cream on the one I'm going to make today and see how that works out for me.This sounds like it would be great with Lemon Pudding and lemon sugar cookies as the crunch topping.
