Cleanliness: excellent, daily room service, change of sheets and towels every couple of days or as required, comfy spacious rooms with aircon Food: good variety and tasty food, featuring a themed section every day; two restaurants, the main one has more choice and generally better; slightly crowded but never a problem to find a free table; fresh fish, fab ice creams Service: excellent, everyone is super polite and helpful; we had a basket of food waiting for us for late dinner upon arrival (after 11pm) Swimming pool: ok for splashing around and great for younger kids that can splash by themselves Kids swimming pool: fantastic for small kids Kids' club: we haven't used it, but facilities looked really good Entertainment: live performers every night, decent, kids liked it; there is also a free table tennis (mainly occupied) and few games like air hockey that require a payment Beach: fantastic sandy beach with shallow clear waters, little paradise; we didn't rent sunbeds or parasols on the beech, we hired a parasol from the hotel and enjoyed the sand! Children are the soul of the hotel and our staff always takes it into account in their daily work.
